Definitions

In this agreement, "Minicabs in Paddington," "we," or "us" refers to the service provider, while "you" and "your" encompass any individual, business, or entity making a booking with us.

Booking

2.1 You must allow sufficient time for your journey to ensure timely arrival, including airport transfers where adherence to flight check-in times is necessary. We shall not be held responsible for any delays resulting from inadequate time allocation or failure to be ready for collection at the designated time.

2.2 It is your responsibility to request a vehicle of appropriate size for your party and luggage. We do not guarantee the transportation of excessive luggage. Please note that regardless of age, a child counts as a single passenger.

2.3 Any requests for wheelchair access must be made at the time of booking.

Prices & Payment

3.1 Our quotations are based on the information provided by you. Unless otherwise specified, all prices are exclusive of VAT, if applicable, and any material changes to the itinerary may result in an adjustment to the quoted price.

3.2 Our quote includes a 45-minute waiting period after the scheduled landing time and airport parking fees. Additional waiting time will be charged at the standard rate. While we strive to accommodate flight delays, we are not obligated to.

3.3 Upon acceptance of our quote, you will receive a booking confirmation. It is your responsibility to review the confirmation for accuracy. Failure to notify us of any discrepancies may result in delays or additional costs for which we shall not be liable.

3.4 Payment for our services can be made via cash, credit card, or debit card.

The Service

4.1 You are responsible for the conduct of all passengers during the journey. Any damage or soiling of the vehicle caused by passengers may incur cleaning charges.

4.2 Eating, drinking, or smoking in the vehicle is strictly prohibited.

4.3 Children must be appropriately restrained according to their age, height, and weight.

4.4 We are prohibited from carrying more passengers than permitted by licensing or insurance regulations.

Cancellations

5.1 If you need to cancel your booking, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellation charges may apply if a vehicle has been dispatched.

5.2 Cancellation charges may also apply for bookings made through our online system before dispatch.

Liability

6.1 While we endeavor to ensure punctual arrival at your destination, we shall not be liable for losses incurred due to circumstances beyond our control. We assume no liability for losses incurred by you or your business under any circumstances.

6.2 Your luggage is transported at your own risk.

6.3 In the event of a breakdown, we will arrange alternative transportation to minimize disruption to your journey.

6.4 You agree to indemnify us against any expenses, damages, costs, or losses arising from any acts or omissions of individuals in your party.

6.5 Nothing in this Agreement shall exclude or limit liability for personal injury or death resulting from negligence, fraudulent misrepresentation, willful default, or any matter unenforceable by applicable laws.

Termination

7.1 We reserve the right to terminate or refuse a booking immediately if the safety of our vehicle or driver is compromised by abusive or violent behavior. No refunds will be provided for terminated journeys.

Miscellaneous

8.1 We may subcontract our obligations under this agreement. You may not assign or transfer any rights or obligations under this agreement.

8.2 We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. It is your responsibility to review them periodically for updates. Existing bookings will be honored at the rates applicable at the time of booking.

8.3 We handle information under the Data Protection Act of 1988.

8.4 This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between Minicabs in Paddington and yourself.

8.5 No third party shall have any rights under this agreement unless expressly agreed upon in writing.

Disputes

Any disputes or claims must be made within 30 days of the booking pickup date. Claims or disputes made after this timeframe may not be entertained.
